Please let me know if you won’t be able to make your appointment at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you are sick, cancel your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance you will not be allowed to rebook again. No call no shows will be blocked from booking. Please have an have an Inspo picture ready and make sure it is not AI, it is not possible for us to recreate a computer generated image. Relax your hands during appointment or you will not be allowed to rebook. Please do not touch anything after prep while product is being applied so your nails won’t lift. Do not take your hand out of the lamp while product is curing. Do not cure product repeatedly unless asked to do so. Please do not text or talk with your hands during your appointment, especially during nail art. And please… do not schedule anything after your nail appointments or rush your nail appointment. Speak up if there is anything you are not happy with. If you request to be done by a certain time you will be asked to reschedule. If you reschedule more than 3 times during a six-month period you will not be allowed to book again. Thank you.
